The documentation of how geometric Helvetica is, combined with subtleties surprised me . I also knew they were there, but I guess with the design world being saturated by Helvetica I've stopped noticing it.
I'm kind of sick of Helvetica, but this at least makes me appreciate it a tiny bit.
