I've recently become a fan of the blog Letters of Note which features various interesting historical and modern letters. I found this letter sent by Walt Disney Productions to women requesting for positions in the animation departments. The letter caught my eye particularly because my Graphic Design III class has been focusing mostly on Flash, so we have been talking about animating.
I thought Disney's choice of colorful letterhead to send such a disappointing letter was rather bold.

I remember seeing that letter before. They should have added a line in there somewhere: "We make dreams come true. For men."
